"Platform" refers to the WINCRYPTO website and all associated services. "Competition" means a skill-based prize competition operated on the Platform. "Ticket" means a numbered entry in a Competition. "Draw" means the random selection of a winning Ticket. "AMOE" means Alternative Means of Entry, the free postal entry route. "User" or "You" refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform or enter any Competition. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

Competitions are open to residents of eligible countries only. Certain jurisdictions where prize competitions of this nature are prohibited by law may be excluded. A list of excluded jurisdictions is maintained and available upon request.

WINCRYPTO operates skill-based prize competitions, not gambling or lotteries. Each Competition requires participants to correctly answer a knowledge-based question before purchasing tickets. This skill element qualifies our Competitions as prize competitions under applicable EU and UK law.

The skill question must be answered correctly before any ticket purchase can proceed. The question is drawn randomly from a bank of knowledge questions and must represent a genuine test of skill — it is neither trivially easy nor unreasonably difficult.

Each Competition has a fixed number of Tickets at a fixed price displayed on the Competition page. Tickets may be purchased individually or in discounted packs. The maximum number of Tickets per user per Competition may be limited and is displayed on the Competition page.

All prices are displayed in USD. Ticket prices, pack quantities, and discount rates are set at the time the Competition is created and cannot be changed once the Competition is live.

Before purchasing Tickets, you must correctly answer a skill-based knowledge question related to cryptocurrency. If you answer incorrectly, you may attempt a new question. The payment button is only enabled after a correct answer.

Your answer is recorded and timestamped alongside your order for audit and compliance purposes.

The Draw takes place on the scheduled draw date or when all Tickets are sold, whichever occurs first. The draw date cannot be postponed but may be brought forward if all Tickets sell out early.

Winners are selected using a cryptographic random number generator (RNG) that is provably fair and auditable. The RNG seed and result are published for independent verification. Each standard Competition has exactly one winner.

Prizes are denominated in cryptocurrency (primarily Bitcoin and Ethereum). The prize amount is fixed at the time the Competition launches and displayed on the Competition page.

Winners are notified by email within minutes of the Draw. Prize delivery is initiated within 24 hours. The winner must provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address. WINCRYPTO does not deduct fees from prizes; standard blockchain network fees apply. Winners are responsible for any applicable tax obligations.

Every Competition offers a free entry route via post (AMOE — Alternative Means of Entry). Free entry Tickets have exactly the same chance of winning as purchased Tickets. This is required by law.

To enter for free, send a postal entry to the address provided on our Free Entry page. Each valid postal entry will be assigned a Ticket number through the same numbering system used for purchased Tickets.

Users may reserve Tickets for up to 48 hours without immediate payment. Reserved Tickets are removed from available stock for all other users during the reservation period.

If payment is not completed within 48 hours, the reservation expires automatically and the Tickets are released back into available stock. Reminder emails are sent at 12 hours and 2 hours before expiry.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. WINCRYPTO does not store any card or payment details on its servers. All payment data is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once a Draw has taken place, Tickets for that Competition are non-refundable. Refunds for active Competitions may be granted at our discretion.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WINCRYPTO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

WINCRYPTO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in Competitions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Tickets in the relevant Competition.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable EU law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
